finished my illustration project for my digital art class this morning around 4-5 am n pretty much only had an hour of sleep 8’I But everything turned out great today n i even finished typing a 3 page paper before class x’D

the first pic is the finished version 1 of this piece (Sorry the quality isn’t good :’[ i don’t know how to save it in a really nice jpeg file on illustrator! it’s always small n blah)

I’m creating 2 versions because the 1st one is for class where we HAVE to use Illustrator CS5, and though I’m pretty happy with the results i still want to color it my own way on SAI. (like i really dislike the blue electricity on Jack’s hand cause i was too tired/lack of time to explore more into how to make a the effect better n i couldn’t get the little sisters’ eyes to glow the way i wanted :’/) so version 2 i will probably work on during the weekend since this week i’m pretty busy.

also i originally wanted to put rapture as the background like in the original sketch but I couldn’t remember how to work the gradients the way i wanted to, i didn’t have enough time, and since there’s a crapload of little sisters it seemed appropriate (and i’ve been really wanting to draw a gatherer’s garden! :’D )
